PMA Profile: Bob Turner

PMA’s president-elect Bob Turner is a senior portfolio manager with Allen & Rocks. Bob started his property management career managing condominiums and homeowner associations. In 1995, Bob accepted a position as senior property manager for Gates, Hudson & Associates and then moved to his current position at Allen & Rocks. His management prowess was recognized with numerous industry honors, including multiple AOBA Apartment Community Excellence (AACE) Awards and MMHA Gold Star and Silver Awards. SatisFacts also has recognized properties under Bob’s direction with numerous Resident Satisfaction Awards. PMA honored Bob with the 2011 Property Management Professional of the Year Award.

In his role on the PMA Board that he joined in 2011, Bob has focused on enhancing PMA’s educational programs and strengthening the Association’s brand. Bob serves as vice president of PMA’s Toastmasters Club, liaison for the Spring Break Committee and is a member of Board subcommittees involved in strategic management of the Association. In 2010, PMA recognized his efforts with a Distiguished Service Award. A property manager by day, he is also a husband, parent, golfer, adoption advocate, animal lover and inventor.
