PMA's Annual Maintenance Summit provides practical education that property management staff, maintenance supervisors, directors of operations, maintenance staff and community and property directors can use to improve service to residents and enhance asset value. A series of hands-on training programs are offered to provide guidance for improving maintenance procedures and reducing operating costs.

Typical Maintenance Summit topics include:

In addition to the outstanding presentations and demonstrations, the Maintenance Summit features a number of tabletop exhibits of products and techniques that help keep budgets in check. 2011 Leasing Summit
