PMEXPO Sponsorships

Corporate Sponsor $10,000

Corporate sponsorships are limited to four and one per product/service category.  Benefits of a PMEXPO corporate sponsor are as follows:

·       Sponsor's name is listed on PMA's web site.

·       Sponsor's name and logo appear on PMEXPO news releases, brochures, free passes, flyers and ads (an estimated 100,000 prices of direct mail are usually distributed to promote the show).

·       Sponsor's logo is featured on generic show signs.

·       Sponsor's logo is featured on the cover of the show program.

·       Each sponsor receives six 10-by-10 foot exhibit spaces ($11,700 value).

·       Sponsor's profile appears in show program ($950 value).

·       Each sponsor is offered complete exclusivity (only one sponsor per discipline or product category is allowed).

Key Executive Breakfast Sponsor $2,500

Annually PMEXPO invites presidents, executive vice presidents and directors of property management operations to attend a key executive breakfast prior to the start of PMEXPO.  This breakfast typically attracts 25 to 50 of the leading decision makers in the national capital area property management industry.  The breakfast sponsor receives the following benefits:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo appears on the attendee prospectus
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the invitation
  • Sponsor introduces speaker at the Key Executive Breakfast
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs
  • Sponsor receives four tickets to attend the Key Executive Breakfast

Tote Bag Sponsor $2,250

Every attendee is give a tote bag to use to collect literature. Benefits are:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo appears on the tote bag
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs

Seminar Sponsor $1,500

Seminar sponsors provide support for one of the PMEPXO educational programs.  Benefits are:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo appears on the attendee prospectus
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor introduces the speaker
  • Sponsor receives five tickets to the program to distribute to good clients to attend for free.
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs

Cup Sponsor $1,000

  • The sponsor’s name and logo appears on all beverage cups used at PMEXPO
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs

Recycling Sponsor $1,000

  • The sponsor’s name and logo appears on all recycling vessels used at PMEXPO.
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs

Bar Sponsor $1,000

  • The sponsor’s name and logo appears at the bar in which the company is sponsoring
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs

Aisle Sponsor $900

  • The sponsor’s name and logo appears as the sponsor of an aisle, e.g. instead of Aisle 100 the signage would read “Acme Plumbing Aisle”
  • Sponsor’s name appears as sponsor in the PMEPXO program
  • Sponsor’s name appears on PMEXPO signs
