Wag More, Bark Less: Reducing Negativity in the Workplace Seminar

PMA is bringing Karen Purves to Washington to present her signature seminar entitled, Wag More, Bark Less: Reducing Negativity in the Workplace.  Karen will present 14 different ways people express negativity and offer tips for dealing with each one. She will relate how to handle a broad spectrum of personality styles and show you how to adjust your attitude to help stay positive and improve your property's and company's effectiveness. You will learn what to say to whom, so you can get on with what you have to get done and not get bogged down with complainers and other negatively minded individuals.
