PMA Holiday Ball

The PMA Annual Holiday Ball is one of the industry’s most elegant affairs and a chance to celebrate the holiday season with property management professionals and their quests. This year, more than 500 PMA members and guests are expected to come to the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel to enjoy a glamorous cocktail reception, gourmet dinner and dancing till midnight.

But that's not all! The theme of the 2001 Holiday Ball is Cirque du PMA. Our guests will be greeted and entertained by unique circus acts. A performance by circus artists also will be offered during dinner.

This black-tie evening will start with a cocktail reception highlighted by our signature Raw Bar and Martini Room, and continue with exquisite dinner and dancing. At the Ball, guests can also win fabulous prizes in the Best Dressed contest and trip the light fantastic on the Holiday Ball dance floor that will be open till midnight.

Guests who would like to spend a night at the Renaissance hotel can take advantage of a discounted room rate of just $109 per night. To reserve a room, call 202-898-9000 and tell the reservations agent that you are a guest of the Property Management Association. Discounted rates will be available until November 14.

The price to attend the Holiday Ball is $220 per person but will increase to $240 after November 23--so don't delay!
