The times indeed have changed, but not necessarily for the better. Apartment occupancies are at their lowest level in two decades. Concessions abound. Rents are dropping. Anyone involved in the marketing, leasing and management of apartment homes realizes that the same old approaches are no longer sufficient to effectively respond to today’s market conditions. That is why PMA’s decision to bring Anne Sadovsky to the national capital area could not have come at a better time.

This seminar is designed to overcome "sabotaging” success in sales. You will learn how to connect with prospects within 30 seconds, become the trusted advisor of skeptical clients and then walk the talk. Anne will also teach how to get closer to the sale by turning features into benefits and overcoming objections. She will explain how to create a first visit before prospects arrive and how to shine on the phone and Internet. The program also provides guidance for closing sales, effective follow-up and letting go of old habits that take away from the ability to lease apartment homes.

Payment
Payment is accepted in advance or on the day of the event. Advance payment preferred. Payment from non-members shall be made in advance by credit card or check.

Invoices
