Reserve Your Tabletop Display

There is a limited number of tabletop display spaces available at the Summit that will enable PMA Associate Members to reach more than 300 leasing and marketing professionals. To reserve, send an email to Carole Worley. The cost of a display space is $500 and includes attendance for two company representatives.

Generational leasing, customer service, leasing at older and amenity-challenged communities, creative follow-up strategies and social media marketing will be the focus of PMA’s Eighth Annual Leasing Summit. The Summit features the following workshops:

Generational Marketing

Apartment marketing expert Lisa Trosien delves into how to differentiate marketing approaches to effectively connect with different generations of renters. Trosien is an award-winning educator and consultant with more than two decades of industry experience. Her column, On Site Solutions, appears in every issue of the National Apartment Association’s Units magazine. She is also the co-author of the NAA Leasing Professional designation program.

Creative Follow-Up Strategies

Leasing Summit attendees will learn how to maximize the value of Internet leads, resident referrals, walk-in traffic, phone inquiries and advertising referrals.

Customer Service Excellence: Super Hero or Super Villian?

Customer service can either make or break budgets. At this workshop, you will learn how to turn your customer service team and approaches into the mainstay of your resident retention program.

Leasing Strategies for Amenity-Challenged and Older Properties

You don’t have a swimming pool, business center or 24-hour desk attendant. What do you do to make your property stand out? How can you positively differentiate your 50-year-old community from one that was built 10 years ago? This workshop will address these and other challenges facing managers and leasing professionals of older apartment communities.

10 Reasons Why Leads Don’t Turn Into Leases

Attendees will learn effective approaches to lead follow-up and how to deal with shortcomings that restrict the ability of leasing professionals to close leads.

Social Media Marketing for Apartments

Social media are a hot topic in the multifamily industry. This workshop will review the different forms of social media, explain how these media are impacting our businesses and introduce effective programs that make the most of this new marketing platform.

The cost to attend the Leasing Summit is $175 per member. Three or more representatives from the same company may attend for $150 per person. Nonmembers pay $250 per person regardless of the number of attendees from the same organization.
