Commercial Breakfast FlyerThere is $33 million in energy rebates available to owners and managers of commercial office, retail and industrial properties that is yours for the taking. To learn how to access your share of the energy-efficiency stimulus pie up to $500,000 per building, attend the PMA Commercial Council Breakfast on Thursday, March 4, at the Bethesda Marriott.

The Breakfast features panelists Dave Harman (Harman Consulting), Brooke Smallwood (Pepco), Spencer Pidgeon (BGE), Robert Burgess (Washington Capitol Partners) and Ted Ross (Ted Ross Consulting) who will describe energy-efficiency rebate programs available for existing commercial, retail and industrial properties and how to apply to receive rebates. They also will relate energy-efficient goals that need to be achieved to qualify for rebate dollars for improvements made to lighting, variable frequency drives, motors, refrigeration, HVAC operations and custom applications.

The rebates are scheduled to run for three years starting in September 2009 for properties in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Don't miss this opportunity to qualify for available energy-efficiency rebates and improve your property’s NOI.

This is a follow-up program to the meeting on stimulus rebates the Council presented last October. There will be new incentives discussed and how you can take advantage of them.
