Green Building Tour

 

The PMA Commercial Council is sponsoring a tour of the Energy Star rated and LEED-Silver EB certified Tower Building that will demonstrate the requirements of managing a green building.  The Tower Building, located at 1101 Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852, has won AOBA’s Green Office Building of the Year award, as well as the City of Rockville’s first ever Environmental Excellence Award for Corporate Leadership in Green Building.  The tour and discussion session will be beneficial for residential, mixed-use and commercial property managers. David Borchardt, Director of Sustainable Development with The Tower Companies, will provide the tour and moderate the discussion. There is no cost to attend this event but reservations are requested.

Anyone who is available for lunch following the tour can meet at Clyde’s at Tower Oaks at 12:30pm. Lunch costs will be on your own.
