Practical Time Management Strategies for Conquering Daily Calendars

What's the one thing that every property management professional has, but never has enough of? Time! On September 18 PMA will host a general membership meeting focusing on the management of this precious resource.

The meeting will feature a presentation by Virginia Love, Waterton Residential, VP Marketing and Training, entitled, "You Want What by When?"  The presentation will provide insights on how to avoid the "Brain Traffic" and "Time Bandits" and offer realistic strategies for conquering calendars and schedules.

The speaker will cover such topics as multitasking, unintentional waste of time and timesaving techniques, the quality versus quantity of your work as well as the urgency versus importance of your daily tasks. You will also discover how to delegate effectively in order to make yourself and your team productive and efficient.
