This seminar will explain the concept of NOI (Net Operating Income) and its role as the single best indicator of overall property and property management’s performance. The seminar will focus on what is important to every company: growth of the bottom line. Attendees will learn how understanding the financial goals of an investment and translating NOI into value can improve their performance. The seminar's presenter, Richard George, will explain how to create a balanced policy to educate and empower company employees to produce staggering results not only in personal accountability, but also in terms of NOI.
George is the owner and managing director of the NOI Coach, Inc., a coaching and consulting firm for real estate management companies. He also is a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute who frequently presents at NAA conferences and other industry events. George is a recognized NOI expert and thoroughly familiar with the property management industry. His PM experience includes positions from groundskeeper/maintenance technician to Vice President/Director of Operations for property management. “The Importance of NOI” seminar is designed for all positions within the property management industry. It will have elements that are specifically geared towards every position from maintenance to senior leadership.

Payment
Payment is accepted in advance or on the day of the event. Advance payment preferred. Payment from non-members shall be made in advance by credit card or check.
