It will be presented by one of leading managers of commercial property in the national capital area: Marc Fischer, CPM, RPA, CCIM. Fischer is Senior Vice President, Director Management Services for Transwestern Management Services where he oversees property management operations in Maryland. His portfolio includes more than 6 million square feet of space. Fischer has made his mark in property management by creating value and increasing NOI in the office buildings and other commercial properties that he and his team manage. He will share many of his best practices at this special PMA Commercial Council Breakfast.

Advance payment preferred. Payment from non-members shall be made in advance by credit card or check. Invoices Invoices are issued for amounts greater than $150 only.
