The PMA Commercial Council offers a program whose timing could not be better. It will be presented by one of leading managers of commercial property in the national capital area: Marc Fischer, CPM, RPA, CCIM. Fischer is Senior Vice President, Director Management Services for Transwestern Management Services where he oversees property management operations in Maryland. His portfolio includes more than 6 million square feet of space. Fischer has made his mark in property management by creating value and increasing NOI in the office buildings and other commercial properties that he and his team manage. He will share many of his best practices at this special PMA Commercial Council Breakfast.
The program will address best practices for:
- Managing construction processes (certificates of use and occupancy,
building permits, zoning and build out)
- Reducing utility expenses
- Improving tenant relations
- Elevator operations
- Garage preventive maintenance
- Dry pipe sprinkler systems
- Life safety compliance
- Window washing roof anchors
- Roof preventive maintenance
- Mold prevention and remediation
- Fluorescent lamp recycling
