Details

The PMA Operations Council is sponsoring a mini-summit, focusing on simple, easy-to-implement and effective strategies to reduce utility consumption.

Topics that will be addressed by industry experts include:

• Water conservation
• Piping and insulation
• Ventilation systems
• Chillers
• Heat pumps and split A/C systems
• Windows and doors
• Boiler cleaning and adjustments
• Water treatment, chemicals and scaling
• Lighting

There will be a number of hands-on demonstrations of equipment and methods for saving energy and using energy-saving devices. Attendees will learn how to conduct an in-house utility audit of their properties to identify savings opportunities. The guidance offered will enable property managers, directors of property management, operations specialists and others responsible for controlling utility costs to return from the Summit and apply the guidance obtained the next day. This is a must-attend event for everyone looking to reduce utility costs.

For more information, check out the Summit flyer.
