It’s time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy summer season at PMA’s August Social! Every year, more than 500 industry professionals take a break from their hectic schedules to relax with good friends and dine on a lobster feast.
The dinner at Smokey Glen will include a 1 1/3 lb lobster baked in a traditional New England style pit, corn on the cob, the famous Smokey Glen fish bisque, spiced shrimp, kielbasa sausage and mouth-watering pies. Additional lobsters can be purchased at $20 each. In addition to the fantastic lobster feast, guests will enjoy live music and dancing. Last year's band, Old Skool, will return to Smokey Glen to play your favorite tunes from the Beach Boys to Bob Marley.
The August Social has become the must-attend event of the summer thanks to the dedication of August Social committee co-chairs, Dani Bressler (Toepfer Construction Company, Inc.) and Kristi Weaver (Mid-Atlantic Promotions), and the members of the Committee. The Committee has selected a beach party theme for this year's gathering. Break out your flip-flops and beachwear and spend a fabulous night with PMA!
