The February 19, 2009 General Membership Meeting will present the owner and managing director of NOI Coach, Inc., Richard George, who will explain how property management professionals (and Associate Members) can motivate staff to achieve exceptional results in a trying economic environment. During his career, George has been responsible for the management and operation of real estate assets worth more than $2 billion. He serves as a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute and has received rave reviews for the quality of his content and presentation skills in his programs at NAA conferences and other trade association events.

By attending this meeting, you will learn:

• How to truly identify team members who are producers and those who are losers.
• Determine where each of your team members fits into the team.
• Determine the skill sets required to perform at exceptional levels.
