Walt Disney World’s longstanding reputation for incredible customer service and friendly cast members is not magic. Exceptional Disney customer service is the result of a sound ideology consistently applied in a business setting. That ideology is the focus of PMA’s January 17, 2008 General Membership Meeting. Disney Institute instructor Nicole Lauria will explain the model that Disney uses to deliver exceptional customer service.
The program addresses how to:
- Anticipate the needs, wants and emotions of customers in order to exceed their expectations
- Bring “personality” to your organization by establishing service themes and standards
- Design a delivery system that focuses on employees, environment and the processes that enhance service quality
- Create a service plan that integrates service standards and delivery systems that promote quality
About the Speaker
Nicole joined the Walt Disney World Cast in 1999, where she held the position of senior sales manager for Resort Sales, Parks and Services. In her role, she was instrumental in developing and growing the national Diversity market for Walt Disney World Resort and the Washington, D.C. association market. In this role she worked with organizations to bring their conventions to the Walt Disney World Resort. In addition to her sales responsibilities, Nicole serves as a board member for Disney’s Local Diversity Action Team.
