PMA Profile: Janet Dickey

PMA Director Janet Dickey is a senior training director for Berkshire Property Advisors.  Her passion for teaching and helping fellow professionals advance along with her property management expertise are qualities that Janet brings to her service on the Board of Directors. At Berkshire, Janet directs training activities ranging from fair housing compliance and software usage to customer service and executive coaching.

She started her property management career as a leasing consultant. Within six months, Janet was promoted to property manager and then was named a district manager with Berkshire. On site she learned the nuts and bolts of property management. When Berkshire had an opening in its training department, Janet seized the opportunity. She brings more than 15 years of training experience to the PMA Board of Directors where she serves as the Board liaison to the PMA Marketing Council. She lends her vast knowledge and experience to help the Marketing Council develop the program for the Annual Leasing Summit, improve returns for those participating in the PMA Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAE) Awards and assure that the Council’s quarterly roundtables continue to be must-attend events.
