PMA Profile: Kathy Masterson

Kathy Masterson learned the ropes in property management working for AIMCO-NHP, Polinger Shannon & Luchs and Fairfield Residential. In her current position of director of residential property management with LCOR, Inc., Kathy oversees LCOR assets from Florida to Connecticut, and from DC to Arizona. Kathy got actively involved with PMA in 2011 when she co-chaired the PMEXPO Committee. She is also known for her insightful presentations on best practices at PMEXPO seminars and Associate Membership Council roundtables. In 2012, Kathy has taken her PMA involvement to a higher level by becoming a member of the PMA Board of Directors. She has brought to the Board her unique property management expertise, passion for teambuilding and ability to respond to changing needs of PMA members. In her spare time, Kathy likes cycling, boating and scuba diving.
