1. PMA DIRECTORY
Published annually, the PMA Directory lists the name, firm affiliation, address,
telephone number, and fax number of each PMA Member listing also include the firm's
key representatives. Also included: Product/Service Directory, PMA committee listings,
and frequently called numbers.

2. PMA BULLETIN
The newsletter of the Association, published monthly. Each issue describes the
upcoming monthly meeting; contains news of PMA, related organizations, and local/national
industry happenings; provides summaries of recent court decisions; and offers tips
about taxes, employee relations, and effective management practices.

3. LEAD PAINT BROCHURES

generally need to know. But they do need to know what the maintenance process involves
and the types of checklists that should be used daily, weekly, and monthly, as well

11. PMA GUIDE TO EFFECTIVE TELEPHONE TECHNIQUE
Developed by a prominent public relations consultant, the pulication identifies
proper procedures for developing an effective image by telephone. Some of the procedures
are general in nature; others are specifically used for outgoing or incoming calls.
Includes guidance on image formation in general, as well as instruction on how to
teach effective telephone technique to staff.
