Board of Directors

PMA's Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for four positions on the PMA Board of Directors, including:

  • President-Elect (One-Year Term; December 2022 through November 2023)
  • Secretary/Treasurer (One-Year Term; December 2022 through November 2023)
  • Two Directors (Two-Year Term; December 2022 - November 2024)

PMA's Board of Directors has responsibility for the management of the Association. As a Board member you will influence the overall direction and strategy of PMA; forge connections with colleagues, peers and industry professionals; enhance your leadership skills and share your expertise and leverage the expertise of others.

PMA members of all types are eligible for nomination. In fact, no less than one Director nor more than three Directors shall be a representative of an Associate Member, i.e., firm that provides products and services used in the management and operation of multifamily residential and commercial properties.

The anticipated time commitment is approximately ten hours per month.

Statements of interest are due September 16, 2022. All statements of interest will be considered by PMA's Nominating Committee. PMA's Nominating Committee will be scheduling phone interviews with all candidates to discuss responsibilities, qualifications and specific positions further.

Committee and Council Leadership Roles
PMA is currently soliciting applications for committee and council Chair and Vice-Chair positions for the term of December 2022 - November 2023.

PMA’s committees and councils represent the lifeblood of PMA – these volunteer groups perform the work of the organization and direct its performance. Volunteering on a committee will help you develop new skills, create new connections and advance your career.

Statements of interest are due September 9, 2022. All statements of interest will be considered by PMA's current President-Elect Thomas Rucker, CAM, CPM, Managing Director | COO Property Management, Berkshire Residential Investments, and we will be scheduling phone interviews with all candidates to discuss responsibilities and qualifications further.
