Top notch Leasing Consultant needed for this 534 unit high rise Apartment Community conveniently located in heart of Pentagon City, VA, just steps from the Pentagon City Metro Station. The right candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years leasing experience. In addition, the candidate must have a working knowledge of current housing laws, extensive customer service and sales experience, building operations, communication and interpersonal skills along with accounting/computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Works with Property Manager in the achievement of Property’s Income and Expense goals; working to increase rent potential and profitability of the property.
  • Prepare all lease paper work in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all documents are correctly completed prior to resident move-in.
  • Maintain the curb appeal and maintenance of the property as well as a high standard of customer service and resident/tenant retention.
  • Audit and maintain resident accounts and files
  • Ensure compliance of the property (Fair Housing, Licensing, City Codes, Safety, etc.)
  • Perform routine property inspections to assure that property is maintained at all times in a manner consistent with Polinger Company policies.
  • Forecast and plan for market conditions
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude to all residents, property staff, vendors and the public
