PMA’s Maintenance Summit is the commercial and multifamily real estate industry’s only full-day event catering to the professional development needs of maintenance techs, supervisors and others responsible for property operations.
The Maintenance Summit will offer hands-on workshops designed to help maintenance and operations staff improve their service skills and better serve their residents and tenants. The event features an inspirational keynote address, demonstrations and offers multiple opportunities for networking. PMA Member: $150 per property management professional. (Note, property management professionals entered into the 2019 Maintenance Professional Awards program may register at a reduced rate of $100 per person. Email email@example.com to take advantage of the reduced rate.)
Nonmember: $190 per person
Note, representatives of companies that provide goods and services to property management professionals are eligible to attend the Maintenance Summit as a tabletop exhibitor representative only (see below).
A limited number of tabletop exhibits are available to companies that would like to promote their products and services to attendees. The tabletop exhibit includes Maintenance Summit registration for two company representatives (additional representatives may attend at $150 per person); verbal recognition at the Maintenance Summit, the opportunity to distribute promotional materials at tabletop exhibit space, recognition on Maintenance Summit signage, on www.pma-dc.org and social media and in BULLETIN magazine.
