Awareness of what residents and prospects are really thinking and feeling, and knowing how to react effectively, can transform a good leasing professional to a great one.
Body language plays a vital part in marketing a property. Subtle signals from leasing professionals heavily influence how potential residents and tenants make decisions about a property. Additionally, with the tactics for discerning the hidden meaning in prospective residents’ and tenants’ body language, leasing professionals can increase their influence and get to “YES!” more often.
At the 2018 Leasing Summit, body language expert Traci Brown will teach attendees how to uncover what residents and prospects are projecting with their body language and provide tips for the strategic use of body language to persuade and influence others.
Laugh, learn and win prizes in this game show-style event. The grand prize: the skill set required to close more leases!
