Registration is open for PMEXPO, the largest and most important one-day property management event in the national capital region. PMEXPO is considered a must-attend event by property management professionals. Educational programs lead by industry experts and networking opportunities with hundreds of peers who face the same challenges, enable PMEXPO to provide all of the benefits of a national convention without the time or financial commitment typically required of those events. Attendance for property management professionals is complimentary. 

PMEXPO makes the lives of property management professionals easier and more rewarding by providing answers to most frequently asked questions and offering solutions to daily challenges that sap time, resources and energy.

PMEXPO attracts more than 200 exhibitors and 1,000 property management professionals for a day that embodies PMA’s commitment to networking and practical education. At almost every turn, there are resources available to help create value at your properties and drive NOI.

Property management companies may purchase an Educational Pass (PMA Members: $300; non-members $750) which provides free access to both seminars for all staff. Upon purchase, a confirmation email will contain your discount code; give the code to staff to use during registration.

Without the pass, attendees may select one or both seminars for $125.
