Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Series

Celebrate Juneteenth and Pride Month with PMA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Workshop Series. This unique experiential virtual learning program is for those committed to being catalysts of change and to progressing the work of diversity, equity and inclusion. Topics are presented in interactive virtual workshops and activities to prompt learners to think about their own assumptions, behaviors and experiences. Employees gain a deeper understanding of the many benefits of an inclusive culture and setting a positive example for treating everyone with civility and respect.

About the Facilitator:

Kristen Magni, Managing Partner, Advisory Services, hyrUP, has more than 20 years of experience leading human capital transformation and architecting change strategy, the last 16 of which have been in the multifamily and commercial real estate space.

Prior to joining hyrUP, Kristen was the Vice President of Talent & Culture at The Bozzuto Group. Kristen was also head of diversity, equity & inclusion where she launched and led the work that would later garner numerous awards and national recognition for Bozzuto during and beyond her tenure.

Kristen has been a formal DEI practitioner for more than 10 years however she brings to this work, a lifetime of experience in the social justice advocacy space. Having been raised with a sibling with severe developmental disabilities, she has a deep appreciation for the explicit and implicit bias faced by differently-abled people and their caregivers. As the proud mother of a bi-racial son, she brings the intersectionality of his and her own lived experience to her work including how we can unify courageously to build a better tomorrow for future generations.
