Professionals in the property management industry are often besieged with conflicting demands from residents, owners, vendors, corporate staff and other associates. A well-planned day can easily fall apart with an urgent phone call, a complaint or a last-minute budget request that needs immediate attention. Unable to leave work behind, the everyday stressors of the business often mean sacrificing time with the family, foregoing exercise, strained personal relationships, and, if not addressed, can lead to burnout.
Charlene Rothkopf will explain why this is the year to get off the hamster wheel and gain control of your time and your life.
