Lobster Bake - Camping with PMA

Registration is open for the PMA Annual Lobster Bake, one of the industry’s most loved and best attended events. This year’s event, themed Camping with PMA, will be held face-to-face at Smokey Glen Farm on Thursday, August 19, 2021. 

The price includes the feast, unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks and entertainment!

$190 Nonmembers

Guests may purchase a second lobster for $25. Extra lobsters must be ordered when reservations are made, and all lobsters must be picked up at the same time.

The Menu

Dinner includes a 1 1/4-pound New England style or plain steamed lobster*, steamed spiced shrimp, corn on the cob, salad bar, hotdogs, tasty pies and much more. Beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee are included and available throughout the evening, as well as snacks such as potato chips, pretzels and peanuts. Leave room for dessert with your choice of charcoal-baked apple, cherry, blueberry or peach pie served à la mode with French vanilla ice cream.

*Plain steamed lobsters are, well...steamed. The traditional New England style lobsters, along with corn, sausage, eggs, potatoes and opnions, are steamed in a pit utilizing a bonfire built over hot bricks. The lobsters and accompanying sides have a subtle and delicious smokey flavor. 

The Schedule

4:30 p.m. Arrive; check in at Registration; pick up attendee gift

4:30 p.m. Bars open (beer, wine, water and soft drinks); game and activities are open, including Scavenger Hunt  and Silent Auction

5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Lobster Bake served in Pavilion

6:30 p.m.  Dessert served outside of Pavilion

7:30 p.m. Silent auction closes; turn in Scavenger Hunt Game Card at Registration 

8 p.m. Silent Auction prize pick up

9:30 p.m. Bars close and event ends
