So much of being a successful property management professional can be linked to how well you network; both with other industry professionals as well as with owners, residents and potential customers. While it is important to present yourself in a professional light while creating and building your professional network, many have anxiety when it comes to attending networking events and all their normal charisma and charm are nowhere to be found. Even the biggest extroverts often feel the nerves creep in when it comes to attending a networking event.

Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams will give you all the tips and tricks you need to learn how to overcome common networking event challenges and more. You will leave the May 17 General Membership Meeting feeling prepared to conquer your next networking event and hopefully build some meaningful relationships in the process.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams, Director, Professional Development/Diversity & Inclusion, Foley & Lardner LLP has more than twenty years of experience in training and education specializing in client relations, business development techniques, communication skills and management/leadership development training. She has conducted more than 170 seminars on a wide variety of topics, and she has published over 60 articles and four books related to professional development.
For a decade she was faculty for the Center for Management Development at Florida International University, and she was an adjunct professor in the doctoral program "Organizational Leadership" at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Meit Abrahams has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Instructional Technology/Organizational Training from the University of Miami and her doctorate in Adult Education from Nova Southeastern University.

The cost to attend the meeting is $95 per PMA member and $125 per nonmember.
