POSTPONED - The Apartment All Stars Experience

POSTPONED - PMA’s leadership and staff has been closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as well as the guidance of federal and local health officials. In light of the latest data and recommendations, the Association will be postponing its previously scheduled March events. We will be working with venues, speakers Committee and Councils to reschedule these events to take place when it is determined safe and permissible to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but have made this decision out of deep concern for the health and well-being of our membership and the Washington metropolitan community.

Their disengagement ranges from mildly dissatisfied to downright miserable. Worse yet, many take it out on their bosses, coworkers, and even their customers. This is seriously bad for business! Redefining Service in the Age of the Never Satisfied Customer Are there days that it feels like no matter how hard you try it is increasingly difficult to keep your customers happy? There is a reason for that. Our customers expectations have changed and in some cases it may be easier than ever to create raving fans. You just have to know why there has been a shift in customer satisfaction and what you can do about it. This session will include exploring Gen Z, the largest generation ever who will soon be occupying our apartments. Don’t miss this opportunity to take your customer service efforts to 2020 status.

The price to attend is $95 per member and $125 per nonmember.
