Thursday, October 7
9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center

Registration is open for PMEXPO, the largest and most important one-day property management event in the national capital region. PMEXPO is considered a must-attend event by property management professionals. Educational programs lead by industry experts and networking opportunities with hundreds of peers who face the same challenges, enable PMEXPO to provide all of the benefits of a national convention without the time or financial commitment typically required of those events. Exhibit Hall access for property management professionals is complimentary.

PMEXPO makes the lives of property management professionals easier and more rewarding by providing answers to most frequently asked questions and offering solutions to daily challenges that sap time, resources and energy.

PMEXPO attracts nearly 200 exhibitors and 1,000 property management professionals for a day that embodies PMA’s commitment to networking and practical education. At almost every turn, there are resources available to help create value at your properties and drive NOI.

For more information see the Attendees page or the Exhibit/Sponsor Opportunities page.

Attending PMEXPO Safely

As we prepare for PMEXPO 2021, your safety continues to be our number one concern. At this time, per Prince George's County, Maryland's re-instituted mandate, all PMEXPO attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and staff will be required to wear a face mask while indoors at the Gaylord National Harbor. Of course, individuals may remove masks while actively eating or drinking. The PMEXPO floorplan provides ample space at the back of the exhibit hall for this purpose, and we suggest limiting eating and drinking to this area. If possible, individuals should distance while eating and drinking and avoid large groups.

In addition to masking, the PMA team recommends that all PMEXPO attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and staff use additional prevention strategies such as physical distancing and hand hygiene throughout the event. Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available, and the venue has implemented extra-stringent daily cleaning procedures that are focused heavily on high touch areas. Public spaces, including, but not limited to, the lobby and meetings and convention spaces, have dedicated staff to sanitize frequently throughout the day. Learn more about the venue's commitment to health and safety at

Finally, while we would love to see all our members in-person on October 7, you should stay home if:

  • You are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
  • You have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination and/or COVID-19 test results for PMEXPO attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and staff.

We look forward to seeing you at PMEXPO 2021, and we will continue to monitor and follow guidance from public health agencies on the safest way to come together.
