Recover and Realign: Renew Your Leasing Strategy with the Latest Interactive Technology Solutions

Presenter:
Kristi Fickert, VP of Enterprise Growth, Realync

Summary:
We spend thousands of marketing dollars every month, creating awareness for our apartment communities and getting apartment shoppers to visit our websites. Internet Listing Services, Google Pay-Per-Click, Facebook, and Instagram ads and maybe even Tik-Tok, but what are you doing with your prospects once you have their attention? In this session, we’ll explore each phase of the apartment marketing funnel and how applying the right technology at the right time can help you do more and get better results, with less spend (no matter your level of influence within the company). Not only can you improve and significantly impact your property’s bottom line, but you can develop a more efficient marketing machine, allowing your team to focus on what they do best - turning tours into raving residents.
