Rent Ready provides premier turnover and construction services to multifamily communities in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
Rent Ready was founded by David McCall in 1998 with a focus on integrity, customer satisfaction, teamwork and family. Today, we continue to uphold those values as we transform apartments into homes using an integrated and systematized approach to maintenance services. Our expertise extends to a wide array of services including grounds and common area cleaning, apartment painting and cleaning, carpet and floor cleaning, maintenance services, and refinishing. As a single-source vendor, we significantly reduce our clients' overhead and vacancy loss by eliminating their need to source, vet and manage multiple vendors for their turnover needs.
In 2001, Rent Ready launched a licensed, Class A construction division to meet our clients’ growing capex and construction needs, from turnkey unit interior renovations to full clubhouse and outdoor amenity renovations, and everything in between. Over the past two decades, Mr. McCall has continued to grow the construction division’s leadership team with the addition of Elan Ramos, VP of Construction and John Mathis, Senior Construction Estimator. With their guidance, the Rent Ready team has continued to hone its client-first approach and bring experienced construction management to a diverse portfolio of renovation and redevelopment projects.
