Exhibit Opportunities

We are excited to announce that PMEXPO will now be held on Tuesday, October 20. We now have a larger exhibit hall, plenty of room for our expanding list of exhibitors.

More than 1,000 property management professionals from the national capital region will gather at PMEXPO 2020 to learn what’s new in the industry, network and find innovative products and services. 

PMEXPO offers the benefits of a national property management convention at a fraction of the cost. It’s truly the best and only opportunity to meet with more existing and potential property management customers in a day than you could otherwise find all year. 

Who Attends PMEXPO?

PMEXPO attracts property management professionals from 150+ companies that are responsible for managing nearly 800,000 residential units and more than 100 million square feet of commercial office space in the national capital region. 

Attendees include property owners and executives, management and marketing professionals, directors of operations, engineering and onsite staff from the companies responsible for a majority of the multifamily residential, commercial office and mixed-use properties in the national capital region.

The PMEXPO 2020 floor plan includes 200 exhibit booths! Exhibit booth rates are as follows:

Exhibit Booth Specifications

PMEXPO booths are 10’ by 10’ and consist of 3’ high side curtains, an 8’ high back curtain and a small sign depicting the exhibitor’s name and booth number. Booths DO NOT include any furnishings. Tables, chairs and other furnishings may be rented from PMEXPO’s official decorating contractor or another source of the exhibitor’s choosing.

Exhibit Booth Space Assignment

Contracts already received will be given first consideration in the following order:

1.     PMA Corporate Sponsors

2.     PMEXPO Sponsors   

3.     Premium Plus Booth

4.     Premium Booths

5.     Standard Booths

Once all of the above have been assigned a booth, the remaining booths will be available to the general public and shall be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. PMA Director of Events Nancy Macklin or Director of Membership, Sales & Engagement DeShawna Fisher will be reaching out to you regarding reassignment.  

PMA shall act in good faith to honor Participant preferences. PMA reserves the right to change the exhibit space location assigned to Participant at any time, as it may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary in the best interest of the Event.

This has been a trying time, and we appreciate your patience while we update materials. We are working to make the transition to the new date as smooth as possible. PMA is grateful for your commitment to participate in PMEXPO on October 20.
