PMEXPO 2018 will take place Thursday, April 19, on the Club Level of FedEx Field. Exhibits will circle the entire Club Level with a layout that all but ensures attendees make several trips around the PMEXPO concourse. FedEx Field is easy to access. There is ample parking for both exhibitors and attendees, and exhibitors will enjoy easy move-in and move-out.
PMEXPO offers the benefits of a national property management convention at a fraction of the cost. It’s truly the best and only opportunity to meet with more existing and potential property management customers in a day than you could otherwise find in more than a year.
PMEXPO attracts more than 1,000 property management professionals from 150+ companies that are responsible for managing nearly 800,000 residential units and more than 100 million square feet of commercial office space in the national capital region.
Attendees include property owners and executives, management and marketing professionals, directors of operations, engineering and onsite staff from the companies responsible for a majority of the multifamily residential, commercial office and mixed-use properties in the national capital region.
The PMEXPO 2018 floor plan includes just 238 exhibit booths. Exhibit booth rates are as follows:
Exhibit Booths are 10’ by 10’ and consist of 3’ high side curtains, an 8’ high back curtain and a sign identifying the exhibitor’s name and booth number. Booths DO NOT include any furnishings. Tables, chairs and other booth furnishings can be rented from PMEXPO’s official decorating contractor or another source of the exhibitor’s choosing.
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis only after receipt of signed Agreement and required payment ($500 deposit per booth) as follows:
PMA 2017 Platinum Sponsors shall have first choice of exhibit space followed by PMA 2017 Five-Star Sponsors and then 2017 Exhibitors. 2017 Platinum Sponsors, Five-Star Sponsors and/or 2017 Exhibitors shall have through February 23, 2018, to indicate 2018 booth preference by submitting Agreement AND $500 nonrefundable deposit.
Commencing February 24, 2018, all unclaimed booths will be available to the general public and shall be assigned on a first-come first-served basis only after receipt of Agreement and full payment.
