Gemini Pipeline Rehabilitation Solutions, LLC are pipe restoration consultants who help property managers and HOA(s) rehabilitate failing water & sewer piping inside a buildings' walls, ceilings or floors using non-invasive lining solutions. We reduce the price of pipe rehabilitation by recommending the most suitable lining alternatives and providing management oversight to deliver cost savings & lasting solutions.
We are restoration experts with over 450 miles of rehabilitation experience utilizing the most technologically advanced pipe liner systems and materials across the industry. We are independent consultants that work alongside 3rd party pipe lining contractors, trenchless technology providers and material suppliers to provide lining solutions that best fits our client’s needs and budget.
We then act on our client's behalf and manage the entire process from project inception to completion to reduce cost by:
-Competitively bidding pipe restoration projects
-Representing our client's interests if scope changes occur
-Eliminating the need to hire a General Contractor thus reducing unnecessary markup
On each project, our goals are to reduce project costs by the maximum extent possible and ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied with the results.
