Marci's expertise in property management marketing and training spans more than 30 years. Colleagues in the industry know Marci for her engaging training and workshops, as well as her in-depth knowledge of product and market. Prior to founding Creative Marketing Concepts n 1990, she worked in marketing for The Rouse Company, served as mid-Atlantic director of leasing operations with Corcoran Jennison, and was vice president of marketing for CFM Management Services. Marci was selected as an Emerging Leader in Maryland by the SBA in 2018 and nominated for Forbes 50 over 50 in 2021. Marci boards of Business Women's Network and This Point Forward. Marci is also a certified Performance Coach and works with many people in the Multi-Family industry.
