Attire for the Awards Ceremony is business casual. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. Coat check will be available onsite.
First Course: Marinated vegetables, local lettuce, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Second Course: Braised beef short rib, red wine jus paired with salmon filet, beurre blanc served with ricotta polenta shaved brussel sprouts, carrot, and mini sweet pepper. (Vegan and Gluten Free Option: Ratatouille stuffed eggplant, white bean stew, pine nuts, tomato sauce)
Third Course: Duet dessert of sea salt caramel chocolate tart and citrus cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and mixed berries.
