Lobster Bake 2023

Upon arrival, attendees will pickup their name badge at the registration tables by last name. Registration tents will have alpha labels to help you navigate where to pick up your badge. You will also receive a wristband for your lobster. 

Onsite registration will be available for this event. Please note that lobsters are not guaranteed in this case! Pre-registration ends August 15 at 9am.

Have a substitution or swap? See Claudia at onsite registration and she'll take care of you! Please have attendee's full name and company name to be able to swap.

Ample free parking is available for attendees. Follow the signs upon arrival to the parking areas.

Coachella is known for its bohemian and free-spirited atmosphere. Consider wearing flowy dresses, maxi skirts, bell-bottom pants, fringe, neon and crochet tops. Embrace the hippie vibes with floral prints and earthy colors.  Accessorize with hats, sunglasses, and layered necklaces. Comfortable footwear is recommended to avoid discomfort. 

Sun protection is crucial so sunscreen is a must and bug spray too! Don't forget to bring a crossbody bag or backpack to carry your essentials. And most importantly business cards to network!
