I’ve spent 16 years in the multifamily industry, beginning in on-site operations. My evolution into marketing was an intentional shift, driven by the realization that a brand is only as strong as its ability to drive traffic, increase leasing velocity, and produce results at the property level.
I work best at the intersection of brand, data, and execution. While my focus is marketing, I’ve always supported leasing and operations to ensure a portfolio performs as a whole. I enjoy translating complex data into actionable strategy that protects brand integrity while guiding prospects through the lead-to-lease journey and driving demand that converts into occupancy.
My experience spans the full marketing ecosystem, from websites and PropTech rollouts to SEO, SEM, ILS optimization, paid media, reputation management, and social media strategy. On the technical side, I specialize in the marketing and leasing modules within platforms like Entrata and RealPage. This technical foundation, combined with being bilingual (English/Spanish), allows me to create inclusive, high-impact messaging that resonates across diverse communities.
That passion for community and creativity carries into my personal life as well. I lead the marketing strategy for Club Deportivo Sterling to keep youth soccer accessible for local families in Sterling, VA. I’m also part of a Peruvian folklore dance school, where I both dance and teach, blending discipline, leadership, and artistic expression.
My goal is simple: to bridge corporate vision and site-level reality, driving both occupancy and brand performance so portfolios don’t just grow, they perform.
