Join us at this year’s Summer Escape at Lakewood Country Club, where we’re hosting our traditional Golf Tournament alongside our Annual Trivia Showdown! Whether you’re hitting the fairways or testing your trivia smarts, there’s plenty to enjoy.
Grab your clients, colleagues, and friends for some golf or to showcase your smarts. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the beautiful course, while trivia teams compete in a lively quiz on sports, music, pop culture and general knowledge.
After the competitions, everyone will meet up for the 19th Hole Reception to kick back with an open bar and a great buffet. Plus, don’t forget the raffle where we’ll be awarding some high-end gifts. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the day and, even better, you’ll be supporting a fantastic cause. A portion of the proceeds goes towards PMA's Memorial Scholarship Award, helping further the education of a PMA member’s child or grandchild.

Grab your clubs and your crew—it’s time for the Summer Escape Golf Tournament!
Join us for a fun-filled day on the course as teams compete in a friendly tournament complete with great shots, great company, and plenty of opportunities for networking with clients, colleagues, and friends.
Registration & Team Formation
- Team Size: Foursomes—invite property managers to show your appreciation!
- Team Fee: Starting at $1,960 per foursome. Register early—a hole-in-one deal!

Tournament Schedule
- Check-In: 8 a.m.
- Shotgun Start: 10 a.m.
From long drives to “let’s not talk about that” shots, you’ll play 18 holes with plenty of course games, breaks, and surprises along the way. - 19th Hole Reception: Finish strong at the clubhouse with drinks, buffet, and post-round bragging rights.
What’s Included
- Breakfast available until 10 a.m.
- BBQ Lunch served 11 a.m. - p.m.
- Drinks for on-course sips or post-round toasts, snacks and hydration stations to keep your swing steady
- Prizes for top teams, contest winners, and maybe even “most improved mood after a double bogey”

Join us for a fun-filled trivia contest where teams will compete in rounds of questions covering sports, music, pop culture and general knowledge. It’s a perfect opportunity for team building or just a fun day out with clients, colleagues and friends.
Registration and Team Formation:
- Team Size: Five members per team. Each team must include two property management professionals)
- Team Registration Fee: $800 (A team is a low $160/per person!)

Showdown Schedule:
- Check-In: 11:30 a.m.
- Trivia Start: 1 p.m. The contest will consist of multiple rounds, with breaks in between.
- 19th Hole Reception: After the trivia, join us at the reception for networking, drinks and buffet.
What’s Included:
- Drink Tickets: Each participant will receive 2 drink tickets redeemable at the bar during the Summer Escape Trivia Showdown.
- Lunch: BBQ Lunch will be available on the Clubhouse Patio 12 - 1 p.m.
- Prizes: Win bragging rights and prizes!
- 19th Hole Reception: Access to the 19th Hole Reception with open bar, buffet & gift raffle.
