All registrations for Activate PMA 2026 include a delicious lunch buffet featuring a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes:

Buffet Menu

• Minestrone Soup with Fresh Vegetables, Beans, Tomatoes & Basil Pesto

• Burrata, Vine-Ripe Tomatoes, Basil, and EV Infused Vinaigrette
  with Arugula, Pine Nuts & Pomegranate Seeds in Balsamic Vinaigrette

• Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Rich Pomodoro Sauce

• Striped Seabass with Artichokes, Castelvetrano Olives & Capers, Broccolini con Pancetta

• Penne Arrabbiata with Garlic Bread and Ciabatta

• Tiramisu with Mascarpone Crème & House-Made Sicilian Cannoli

Fresh bread rolls with sweet butter, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, and a selection of herbal teas will also be available.

🚗 By Vehicle

From Washington, D.C.:

• Take I-395 South into Virginia. 

• Exit at #4 – Seminary Road.

• At the fork, turn right onto Seminary Road (West). 

• At the second traffic light, turn left onto North Beauregard Street. 

• Then make a left at the next traffic light onto Mark Center Drive; and another immediate left onto the drive leading to the parking garage

• The covered parking garage entrance will be on the right.

From I-66 Eastbound (toward the DC area):

• Take Exit 64A-B for Little River Turnpike / Annandale. 

• Follow signs for Little River Turnpike / Annandale, then turn left onto Beauregard Street. 

• Turn right onto Mark Center Drive to reach the garage. 

From I-95 / I-495 South:

• Continue toward Alexandria, then follow signs toward Seminary Road exit. 

• Then follow the directions above via Seminary Road → North Beauregard → Mark Center Drive.

🚌 By Bus / Transit Center

Mark Center Transit Center is very close (walking distance) and services many local and commuter buses.

Some bus lines that stop near the hotel include:

• WMATA / Metrobus: A76, A90, 35, 393, 36A, 36B, 102, F20. 

• DASH (Alexandria transit) also has service that can be used for parts of the route. 

Walking from Transit Hubs:

• From Mark Center Station / Bay 2 or Bay 4, walk ~5 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is directly across the street from the bus stop bay.

• Be sure to check the bus stop names: “Mark Center Station” or “Mark Center Transit Center.”

🚇 Metro + Bus Combination

There is no direct Metro (rail line) stop at the hotel. However, you can combine Metro + bus:

• One common route is to take Metro to Pentagon Station (Blue or Yellow Line), then catch bus 7M (Now A90) from Pentagon Transit Center to Mark Center. 

• Alternatively, take Metro to King Street-Old Town Station, then use DASH bus AT2 or AT2X to reach Mark Center Transit Center.
