One Membership. Your Entire Team.
That means your organization maintains one membership while employees throughout your company can be connected to PMA.
- There is no limit to the number of eligible employees who can be added under your company membership.
- Each employee receives their own PMA account using their unique company email address.
- Employees can participate in programs and opportunities relevant to their individual roles and professional interests.
- As your team changes, employees can be added or removed without purchasing additional company memberships.
- Your organization can engage employees across different departments, properties and levels of leadership.
PMA isn't just for the person who manages your membership.
Property Management Company Membership may belong to the company, but we encourage employees throughout your organization to create their own member profiles, explore programs relevant to their roles and take advantage of the resources available through your company's membership.
Your Membership Anniversary
PMA membership operates on an anniversary cycle, rather than a calendar year.
Your membership begins when your company joins and renews annually based on that date. For example, if your company joins in October, your membership will renew the following October.
Renewal invoices are automatically issued 60 days prior to your membership expiration date, giving your company time to review and process its annual renewal.
