The EPIC Awards recognize leadership, innovation and service that make a lasting difference in our industry and communities. Join us in celebrating:

• Capital Achievement Award: Grady Management, Inc.
  PMA’s highest honor recognizes Grady’s longstanding industry leadership, commitment to developing future leaders and dedication to the property management community.

• Visionary Award: Lauren Hall, Legend Management
  Recognized for building an apprenticeship program that introduces young people to maintenance careers and helps address the industry’s need for skilled professionals.

• Making a Difference Award — Individual: Brian McQuaid, American Pest
  Honored for his sustained commitment to community service, generous leadership and ability to bring people together to help others.

• Making a Difference Award — Corporate Initiative: Rise by Bozzuto
  Recognized for community-impact initiatives addressing food security, families, health and wellness, and neighborhood needs.

• Kevin Grady Memorial Scholarship: Catherine Chmura
  The daughter of Heather Chmura of Willow Bridge Property Management, Catherine is a Penn State graduate pursuing a master’s degree at George Washington University to prepare for a career helping others.

Celebrating Apartment Community Excellence

The 2026 PACE Awards received 208 entries from 24 management companies, representing communities across Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. This year’s entries include market-rate, affordable, senior and lease-up communities, reflecting the diversity of our region’s rental housing. Be there as we reveal this year’s winners and celebrate the dedication behind their achievements.

Welcoming PMA’s 2027 Board of Directors

The celebration will also include the installation of PMA’s 2027 Board of Directors. We’ll recognize our outgoing leadership and welcome the volunteer leaders who will help guide PMA in the year ahead.
