Mission:
To provide a content and forums for those with HR responsibilities with property management companies to network, share information and discuss common challenges, problems and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Plans roundtable meetings and seminars on topics relevant to human resources and oversees the AOBA-PMA Wage and Benefit Survey.
Opportunities:
Learn best HR practices used by property management firms in the national capital area; network with HR professionals employed in property management.
Meetings:
The HR Council will hold a virtual meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 12 p.m. until further notice. Meetings are intended for Property Management Company Member HR and Recruiting professionals only. Event topic, format and target audience will vary from month to month.
