Erica D'Alessandro

Erica has been in the business of creating memories through events since 1999. In 2020, Erica translated her experiences in the hospitality industry into the multifamily housing and emergency restoration industry. "It’s my job to make sure our property manager clients know we have their back. When they’re having a really bad night because their apartment building is flooded or on fire, they trust we will get these units back in shape and rentable again quickly." On any given weekend you can find Erica either working in her garden or on an adventure with her husband, Mark, and their 7-year-old son, Carson. Their favorite adventures include Hershey Park, Kings Dominion, or Baugher’s Farm during apple picking season.
