ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Alla Shtipelman is the Director of Education and Development at Kay Apartment Communities, who brings with her over 20 years of extensive property management experience in various roles. As the 2016 president of the Property Management Association and current Vice-Chair of PMA's Program and Seminar Committee, Alla has been a significant industry leader. She earned the PMA's President's Award in 2012 and 2021, and she has received numerous recognitions from her employers for her contributions through the years.
Alla loves to give back to the community and she has also volunteered for many years with the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, Rockville Chamber of Commerce, and Reston Chamber of Commerce where she served on multiple committees and volunteered at many events. She also served on the board of the FBI Citizens academy and has completed Rockville City Police and FBI citizens academies.
Beyond property management and community involvement, Alla is also a dedicated health, wellness and professional development coach, bringing a holistic approach to her work and facilitation. She founded Dance of Life Coaching LLC in 2023 where she helps clients rediscover their true possibilities by eliminating blocks that get in the way of achieving their short and long term goals and dreams.
