Sometimes the hardest part of work—and life—is carrying everything quietly.

PMA’s new Wellness Series is a monthly virtual lunch session designed to create space for honest conversation, reflection, and support. Facilitated by Alla Shtipelman, these sessions offer PMA members a chance to pause, breathe, and show up exactly as they are.

Alla is a Personal Freedom and Psychological Numerology Coach who helps individuals work through their blocks, fears, and patterns that get in the way of both short- and long-term goals. She also understands the realities of our industry firsthand—as Director of Education and Development at Kay Apartment Communities, a past President of PMA, and the current Chair of the Program & Seminar Committee.

If you’re navigating stress, burnout, or overwhelm; if you’ve ever felt like you’re not enough, alone, or like an imposter just getting by—this session is for you. Each lunch-hour gathering is structured as a virtual roundtable, intentionally conversational and judgment-free. There’s no presentation, no pressure, and no expectation to “fix” anything. Members are invited to bring whatever is on their mind—work-related or personal—and simply be heard in a supportive, confidential environment.

This is a safe container for PMA members from all roles, backgrounds, and stages of their careers. You can listen quietly. You can vent. You can reflect. And if you’re open to coaching in the moment, just say the word.
