Key Dates & Rates

FINAL NOMINATION DEADLINE:  April 15, 2026 (Submit by March 15 to save $50 per entry before extended deadline pricing applies. Note, To ensure timely scheduling and fair evaluation, PMA is unable to offer extensions beyond the final deadline.)

EVALUATION DATES: Evaluations will take place April 20 - July 31, 2026

AWARD PRESENTATION: Maintenance Professional Awards will be presented at PMA's Annual Leasing and Maintenance Summit this fall.

Extended Deadline Period (03/16/26 - 04/15/26)      $325 / $425

* Nomination fees are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. In keeping with PMA's Event and Program Policies, Maintenance Professional Award entries may be withdrawn or transferred but are not refundable. All requests for transfer must be made more than 30 days prior to scheduling of evaluation/consideration and/or 90 days prior to the event at which award winners will be announced.
