  • Standard booth is defined as one access point with shared sides to another booth.
  • Premium booth is defined as two access points and/or is located in a high traffic area.
  • All booths are sold in increments of 10' x 10'/100 sq. ft. of space

Each registration includes:

  • Program Guide
  • Online Directory

Two lists will be provided via email:

  • Pre-registration list two weeks prior to the show
  • Post event list upon receipt of the exhibitor survey

Note: If you receive an email offering the attendee list for a fee, it is a scam.

Electricity is not included and it must be ordered in advance. The cost per 5-amp electrical outlet is $240 until October 11. After October 11 the cost increases to $320.

WiFi is not included and it must be ordered in advance. The cost is $425 per booth until October 11. After October 11 the cost increases to $500.

Lead retrieval will be available for purchase through American Tradeshow Services (ATS).

Parking is not included.

Parking rates at Gaylord National Resort as of 6/1/2023:
Self-Parking Hourly: $18
Self-Parking Daily: $36

Valet Daily: $59

Exhibitors are required to move-in Tuesday, October 24, 2023. A move-in schedule will be provided approximately four weeks before PMEXPO.

To help protect attendee and exhibitor safety and ensure the professionalism of PMEXPO and individual exhibitors, break down must begin AFTER 4 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

ADD-ONS

When reserving your booth, you will have the option to add the following:

  • Electricity: Early $240/Regular $320 per 5-amp electrical outlet
  • WiFi: Early $425/Regular $500
  • Additional Exhibitor Registration
    • $100 with boxed lunch option
    • $0 without boxed lunch option
