Exhibitor Move-In Schedule For Tuesday, October 24

Note, exhibitors are required to move-in Tuesday, October 24, 2023. To ensure attendee and exhibitor safety and ensure the professionalism of PMEXPO, break down must begin AFTER 4 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Booths 90 - 200 10 - 11:30 a.m.
Booths 201 - 300 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Booths 301 - 400 1 - 2:30 p.m.
Booths 401 - 500 2:30 - 4 p.m.


  • Standard booth is defined as one access point with shared sides to another booth.
  • Premium booth is defined as two access points and/or is located in a high traffic area.
  • All booths are sold in increments of 10' x 10'/100 sq. ft. of space
  • 3' high side curtains
  • 8' high back curtains
  • Carpet
  • Skirted 6' table
  • Two Chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Signage identifying the exhibitors name and booth number

Each registration includes:

  • Boxed Lunch

Your company name and weblink will be listed on:

  • Program Guide
  • Online Directory

Two lists will be provided via email:

  • Pre-registration list two weeks prior to the show
  • Post event list upon receipt of the exhibitor survey

Note: If you receive an email offering the attendee list for a fee, it is a scam.

Electricity is not included and it must be ordered in advance. The cost per 5-amp electrical outlet is $240 until October 11. After October 11 the cost increases to $320.

WiFi is not included and it must be ordered in advance. The cost is $425 per booth until October 11. After October 11 the cost increases to $500.

Lead retrieval will be available for purchase through American Tradeshow Services (ATS).

Parking is not included with your registration.

Please note, PMA has negotiated a reduced parking rate for Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Parking located at 201 Waterfront Street, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. The reduced rate is valid ONLY for Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Parking and NOT at other locations including the Fleet St., Mariner and Saint George Garages and Plateau Lot.   

Parking rates are as follows:

  • Self-Parking Daily: $20
  • Valet Daily: $45
