Lobster Bake Gift Basket Raffle

Join the Property Management Association's Community Service Committee in making a meaningful difference by giving back to our local communities! We're all about rolling up our sleeves and supporting the places we call home and work.

Our mission? It's simple yet powerful! The Community Service Committee builds meaningful connections between volunteers, member companies, and nonprofit partners to maximize the impact of our projects within the local community.

This year, we’re excited to debut a new twist at the Lobster Bake—our Gift Basket Raffle! Picture this: a fun-filled evening at the picturesque Smokey Glen Farm in Gaithersburg, MD, with around 600 PMA members and guests enjoying games, dancing, food, drinks, and plenty of networking with industry partners.

Instead of bidding, attendees can purchase raffle tickets for their chance to win a wide variety of themed gift baskets and one-of-a-kind prizes. From gourmet treats to must-have gadgets and local experiences, there’s something for everyone! Even better, every ticket purchased supports our community initiatives, helping us continue to:

• Boost learning environments: Enhancing the Stephen Knolls School in Kensington, MD, to better serve developmentally disabled students.

• Support workforce readiness: Preparing students enrolled in local career and technical training programs for success through job training initiatives.

• Beautify neighborhoods: Elevating the curb appeal in communities across the region.

• Spread joy: Sponsoring holiday parties for seniors and children in underserved areas, volunteering with Comfort Cases to provide essentials for children in foster care, and supporting local food banks such as Manna Food Center and Arlington Food Assistance Center.
